Seller makes the goods available at his premises, and the buyer incurs transport costs.
FOB
Seller clears the goods for export at named port of shipment
CIF
Seller pay the necessary costs that bring the goods to the named port of destination, include marine insurance of loss or damage to goods during shipment
DDU
Seller deliver the goods to named destination, pay all transportation expenses and assume all risks during transportation, but Customs duty is unpaid.
